Dear Lanny,

Thank you so much for the excellent customer service you provided for my daughter’s sweet 16 at Hayes
Mansion . The room looked absolutely beautiful and I noticed every little detail of your work. The bows and
chair covers looked elegant and the boys looked stunning in their tuxedos and the price was considerably
less than other tuxedo locations. I also appreciated that you were able to get us the cloth napkins at the
last minute and make the necessary tuxedo adjustments right there in your shop and without any delay.  

This is the second time I’ve used your services and both times you provided exceptional customer service,
was dependable, on time and extremely professional. Please feel free to use me as a reference when
ever you need one.
